All Tours are operated subject to prevailing weather and visibility conditions, operational requirements, safety or security considerations, force majeure events, technical faults, and any other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Tour routes, durations, and operational details may be amended at any time due to regulatory requirements, maritime authority instructions, safety considerations, or other operational factors.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, postpone, or cancel any Tour without prior notice where necessary. In the event of cancellation initiated by the Company, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the Sales Agent and/or guests using the contact details provided at the time of booking. Guests shall be offered an alternative Tour or, where this is not possible, a refund, provided that payment has been received by the Company.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled activity time shall be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled activity time or failure to attend shall not be eligible for any refund.
Guests are required to report to the designated departure point at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled Tour departure time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund, subject to availability.
A valid passport copy or UAE-issued Emirates ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of booking in accordance with applicable maritime regulations. All guests participate in activities at their own risk and are required to acknowledge and sign the Company’s standard waiver form prior to participation.
Child Policy: Children under the age of sixteen (16) are not permitted to independently participate in any activities. Participation may be permitted for specific activities only when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, subject to operational approval.
Age Policy:
• The permitted age range for participation in activities is six (6) to seventy (70) years. Guests below six (6) years or above seventy (70) years are not permitted to participate.
• For Jet Ski and Jet Car operation, riders must be at least sixteen (16) years of age and must provide written consent signed by a parent or legal guardian. The minimum participant weight must not be less than fifteen (15) kilograms.
Weight Limits: The minimum permitted weight for participation is fifteen (15) kilograms, and the maximum permitted weight is one hundred fifty (150) kilograms, subject to activity-specific restrictions.
Physical Fitness: Guests must be in reasonably good physical condition and capable of safely participating in the selected activity. Participation is strictly prohibited for any guest under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair judgment or physical ability.
All guests are required to submit a valid copy of their identification (passport or UAE Emirates ID) prior to or at the time of the activity.
Delays and Rescheduling: The Company acknowledges that delays may occur due to operational or external factors. Guests arriving late may be accommodated subject to availability and operational capacity. Rescheduling may be permitted with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice.
Health Declarations: Guests must sign a mandatory declaration confirming that they do not suffer from any serious medical conditions, including but not limited to:
• Severe heart conditions
• Recent or serious knee, back, or spinal or any recent surgeries
• Conditions affecting balance or ability to maintain proper posture
• Fear of heights (where applicable)
• Pregnancy
• Mental or physical disabilities that may impair safe participation
Able-Bodied Requirement: Participants must meet the criteria of an Able-Bodied Person (ABP), meaning they are physically strong, healthy, and capable of independently entering, exiting, and participating in the activity without assistance.
Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant guests may participate in activities strictly at their own risk and responsibility, with full acknowledgment and acceptance of the risks involved. The Company accepts no liability in this regard.
Guests with the following conditions are not permitted to participate in activities:
Autism Spectrum Disorders, chronic medical conditions, hearing impairments, intellectual or learning disabilities, or visual impairments.
Conditions of Carriage: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse carriage or participation to any person, or to refuse any item, if deemed unsafe, hazardous, or likely to endanger the Company, its personnel, equipment, or other guests.
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these policies, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice, in accordance with operational, safety, or regulatory requirements
